Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for a Finance Manager to join the Asset Operation team responsible for the management, taxation, internal controls and compliance, financial reporting and forecasting requirements across a number of entities.

In this role as Finance Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; Preparation of the quarterly financial forecasting processes, annual budgeting and strategic plans.
Monthly & quarterly reporting to HQ, asset review and ad hoc management reporting and analysis. Preparation of reconciliations & schedules for month-end, quarter-end & year-end closing.
Review and assess property tax levied and ensure timely filing of Notice of Objections. Liaise with IRAS Property Tax officers on all matters relating to the properties.
Review of quarterly GST return submissions. Liaise with regulatory and governmental bodies i.e. Department of Statistics, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore.
To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have; Bachelor Degree in Accounting preferably a CPA with relevant experience in a supervisory role Proficient with the use of Excel for financial modelling, analysis and reporting.
Ability to use forecasting tools such as Dyna and familiar with accounting softwarr suchy as Yardi voyager, Oracle R12 , will be an advantage.
Possess retail / real estate knowledge / background, strong communication and interpersonal skills, good problem solving skills and ability to work in a team and independently.
Familiarity with Management Corporations and the Building Maintaince / Strata Managemetn Act is an added advantage. No matter where your office is, you will be a part of a company that values you.
