THE OPPORTUNITY As the Training Coordinator you will be required to effectively coordinate the learning and development (L&D) needs across the APAC professional services team.
The key focus will be to liaise with region leaders to design and develop ongoing and specialized L&D activities. The coordinator will work with internal and external groups to build training technical training plans and enhance existing soft skills amongst the team.
This role is a permanent role. Essential Responsibilities Monitor and solicit training requests from staff and managers Schedule and coordinate regular training sessions as required Create training plan for APAC team Work with global L&D teams to ensure consistency in APAC plan and reuse materials presented in other geo’s.
Conduct needs analysis, identify technical capability gabs, design and develop high-quality learning programs for face-to-
face, online & remote delivery, implement and evaluate learning initiatives and solutions to ensure individual staff possess the skills and capabilities required to realize current and future business priorities Not only utilize the internal training programs but also liaise with and manage the relationship with external training providers, assisting them with the scheduling of sessions and any requirements they may have for the running of the event Creation and maintenance of training records within the Learning Management System Essential Skills and Experience Two years experience in relevant field (training events, HR, L&D coordination etc.
Strong administration, coordination and scheduling experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English Experience in designing, developing, delivering and assessing learning initiatives and solutions Relevant experience in facilitating group training, face-
to-face, online and blended delivery approaches Experience in working within a global organization, high work volume environments Advanced skills and experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe).
Desirable Skills Relevant degree or Certificate IV in Assessment & Training or equivalent Experience working across geographies Experience managing LMS content.
Good to have multilingual language proficiency in Chinese Travel : About 20-50% travel with APAC Region Note : Singapore Citizens and PR holder preferred.
