You will be the technical point person for the Oil, Gas and Chemicals Systems Sales organization for the Energy Industries in Southeast Asia Region.
Reporting to the Senior Proposal Manager, you will support local Sales teams and customers by advising on technical options and cost-effective solutions.
Providing technical solutions and advice on ICSS, Power Management System, Terminal Management System and Instrument System to customers, channels and / or sales engineers.
Assisting with the preparation of the technical and financial aspects of the offer, including pricing and trading conditions.
Performing diagnostics and analysis to make recommendations for improvement based on customer needs.
Contributing technical details and perspectives in the meeting, proposal and negotiation stages and delivering technical presentations, drawings and demonstrations on complex product issues.
Ensure ABB defined sales / bid process is being followed on automation solution bids.
Collaborate with Sales teams and help to grow ABB Automation order intake in South East Asia region.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Instrument / Control / Electronics).
Minimum 8 years of experience in lead role in Oil & Gas industry for designing and / or implementing Automation Solution.
Knowledge of finance will be added advantage.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel
Ability to understand customer needs and identify market trends.
Capability to work in virtual environment and coordinate with various stakeholders.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, strong communication skills and negotiation skills.
