Job Description

Catalent's facility in Singapore is currently looking for a Pre-Distribution Coordinator, who will be reporting directly to the Supply Chain Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible to receive new orders and scheduling. Create shipping documentations - air way bill and custom invoices and update export license tracker.

You will also send post shipment notifications to relevant contacts and Ad Hoc duties like filing and checking of group mailbox.

The role :

  • RRS creation with DGM capability
  • Update request of order schedule on the shipment log
  • Preparation of shipping documentation
  • Ordering of specific shipping solutions from the courier
  • Send pre-alert e-mail notifications
  • JDE9.1 processing
  • Update shipment date on one drive shipment log
  • Filing and adhoc duties as requested by management
  • When the need arises and when requested by Management, to perform other tasks or duties assigned by the Operations Manager or Supply Chain Supervisor.
  • If applicable, training will be provided to support this multi-skilled flexibility.

  • Acknowledging of Group Mailbox emails on AoR
  • Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
  • The candidate :

  • Certificate in Business administration / Supply Chain / Logistics, ITE certificate, GCE O Level, GCE A Level
  • Experience of pharmaceutical / clinical trials packaging and processes (which can be provided by internal training)
  • The ability to understand both written and oral processes and procedures and the ability to interact with other departments is required
  • Ideally 2 years experience in a clinical Packaging and Logistics environment
  • Demonstrated fluency in English, both orally and written
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, be well organized, be flexible, work well under pressure, and produce accurate and timely work
  • Must possess and demonstrate knowledge and experience in cGMPs and relevant Safety Regulations
  • Must possess strong computer skills and be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
