As a Technical Recruiter, you are at the forefront of building the technical talent capabilities of our games business. Like us, you have a passion for finding top talents to join our company and ensuring that our candidates have the best interview experience throughout.
In order to thrive in this role, you will need to be innovative about the way you source for profiles and manage recruitment processes.
Also, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that stellar service and value-added insights are provided throughout the recruitment process.
Partner closely with the technical teams (Infrastructure, Security, Live Services, etc.) of our games business to understand their requirements and recruitment needs
Design and execute customized full-cycle recruiting plans
Actively search for top-tier passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques to build a strong network of talent pool
Connect and engage with qualified candidates to develop a strong talent pipeline for key positions in our games business through various channels
Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for all vacancies within the business (candidate sourcing, interview process management, offer management)
Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives with the recruiting teams to continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results
Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
Explore new working relationships with recruitment agencies and manage the negotiation of Recruitment Service agreements, in compliance with company standard
Understand technology (companies with relevant tech stack and products) and pitch Garena to these candidates as well as being able to conduct tech talk and screen for candidates with relevant skills and scale of experience
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
Over 5 years of experience recruiting in a search agency or an in-house recruiting team
Proven track record / experience in full-cycle recruiting across multiple technical & product disciplines
Solid tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant tech skills
Strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result orientation
Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently
Ability to understand, articulate, and pitch the company culture and business initiatives to various stakeholders
Demonstrate exceptional communication competency, both oral and written, in a diverse culture
