Come 2024, we will add a new Bird Park, a Rainforest Park, nature themed indoor attraction and Eco-resort as part of our Mandai rejuvenation plan.

We are seeking a highly driven individual to contribute to the rejuvenation of our parks and transform Mandai Precinct into an integrated nature and wildlife destination.

The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day end user computing support & service desk operations, including configuration and maintenance of hardware / software used for office collaboration and communication.

He / she will be the primary point of contact for end user issues and requests. He / she will provide technical leadership, manage and mentoring a small team including vendor(s) on the resolution of end user issues and request according to SLA.

He / she will propose solution to address end user needs and manage the projects / solutions delivery based on the requirements, cost, and schedule.

In addition, he / she will be responsible for the management of licences, subscription, contracts, vendors, and audit for those systems.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in End-User Computing technology, including service management
  • Familiar with end user and mobile device management, video / web conferencing tools, desktop virtualization, end-point protection, image management, software distribution and mobile device management.
  • Familiar with MS Active Directory, Windows OS and MAC OS, user authentication, single-sign-on, security & compliance
  • Strong working knowledge in ITIL and in managing, developing, and implementing IT Service Management processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Familiar with Office 365, Outlook, Exchange, MS Teams, Skype for Business, Microsoft Active Directory, BitLocker, Intune, and JIRA will be added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, ability to write and communicate effectively to end user and management.
  • Strong customer centric service focus and delivery, and relationship building skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good vendor management skills.
