We are seeking a highly driven individual to contribute to the rejuvenation of our parks and transform Mandai Precinct into an integrated nature and wildlife destination.
The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day end user computing support & service desk operations, including configuration and maintenance of hardware / software used for office collaboration and communication.
He / she will be the primary point of contact for end user issues and requests. He / she will provide technical leadership, manage and mentoring a small team including vendor(s) on the resolution of end user issues and request according to SLA.
He / she will propose solution to address end user needs and manage the projects / solutions delivery based on the requirements, cost, and schedule.
In addition, he / she will be responsible for the management of licences, subscription, contracts, vendors, and audit for those systems.
