1. Responsible for the Data Product planning, designing and output with the product development plan and the overall product delivery with tech team.

2. Able to find the business chance and deliver the overall data product solution after communication with crossing business team on their requirements and pain points actively.

3. Able to work closely with product operation team to design the product commercial mode solution and deliver the product operation plan for some key customers.

4. Strong data sensitivity and able to monitor the product performance data, analyze it and keep consistent optimization on the products to get friendly and better user experience.

Job Requirements

1. More than 3 years of experience on internet product management and familiar with retail and e-commercial trade areas

2. Good execution. Familiar with the product design and product development processes and deliver the MRD, Demo and PRD with high quality.

Able to deliver and maintain one product during all of its life phases. 3. Strongly sensitive to data and good product operation mindset.

Candidates with strong experience in products design and product operations and some basic SQL skills are preferred 4. Good communication skills and able to follow up the project delivery in cross business and function teams.
