Our team drives initiatives and optimizes plans to improve the monetization of our company’s major game titles. We also undertake analytics to provide consumer and engagement insights, allowing us a better understanding of how users engage with our games.

  • Monitor performance indicators of games, identifying trends and their causes
  • Analyse revenue plans of games and provide recommendations to maximise expected revenue outcome
  • Project the future of games by examining performance indicators and evaluating impact of future plans
  • Design and guide the development of creative new systems to improve engagement with our players
  • Interpret results of promotions and systems, making valuable suggestions to raise performance of future iterations
  • Work with our data team to identify and utilise key statistics within the game to better understand our player
  • Gamer you are an avid gamer, you know what makes players enjoy the game and what they desire
  • Creative you are able to come up with fresh and exciting ways to engage players
  • Willingness to learn - you are excited about learning new concepts and methodologies in this constantly evolving industry
  • Highly organised - you manage your time well and working on multiple projects does not faze you
  • Self-motivated - you are able to work with minimal supervision in pursuit of a goal
  • Analytical - you can break down a problem logically and identify the steps necessary to fix them
  • Strong interpersonal skills - you can communicate well with people from all backgrounds
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Knowledge of data science is a plus
  • Background in statistical modeling and technical, engineering skills is a plus
