We are currently seeking a highly motivated Digital Payments Manager to join our ever growing team. The Digital Payments Lead should be confident in his / her skills, have a great attitude, is willing to work hard, and wants to join an overachieving team.
His / Her primary role would be to spearhead the implementation and execution of foodpanda’s digital payment initiatives.
To excel in the role, the Digital Payments Lead must be ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
The role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Head of Finance & Analytics
Lead the operationalisation & launch of digital payment solutions on foodpanda’s platform
Work in close cooperation with all divisions of our Regional and Global Digital Payments Teams and all key internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that foodpanda users have the best customer experience while using foodpanda’s digital payment features
Ensure the smooth and efficient operations of all digital payments systems and instruments from an internal and external perspective
Ensure compliance of foodpanda’s digital payment features with relevant laws and regulations
Keep abreast with digital payment regulations and ensure alignment with foodpanda’s business objectives
Carry out market research to present the best practices in the world of online and digital money transactions and payments, to gather concrete customer insights and requirements, and to provide global benchmarks
Develop a streamlined process for subsequent rollouts of digital payment features of foodpanda across the country
At least four (4) years of relevant experience working in a company that offers digital payment solutions
Strong experience in managing all business operations related to providing digital payment solutions
Strong experience in understanding the customer needs when it comes to digital payment solutions and scoping them in an efficient manner
Strong project management and organisational skills and the capability to handle complex projects
Very strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Able to work independently if required, and learn quickly and adapt to different roles in a growing Team
A sense of urgency, pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
