1. Building Organization Capability and Key Talent Management
Establish organization policies, procedures and programs consistent with the established objectives to assure its effectiveness and suitability.
Implement organizational changes as dictated by the changes in the growth and structure of the organization.
Coordinate and supervise the overall activities of the organization, delegating authority to key personnel, maintaining a system of accountability for their performance.
Ensure adequate and ready succession at all senior management levels, including grooming his / her own successor.
Approve all hires, promotions and dismissal of key personnel.
2. Assuring Knowledge and Information Systems are in place
Review, implement and maintain all information technology aspects of the organization.
Encourage an atmosphere of learning, collaboration and sharing within TFS.
3. Corporate Governance and Operational Excellence Responsibilities
Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the organization in ways that strengthen its profile.
Oversee the company’s financial performance (like full Profit / Loss accountability and manage revenue and costs to ensure budget, revenue and profitability targets are achieved), investments (for instance cash flow management and capex management to ensure required return is achieved) and other business ventures.
4. Other requirements
Ability to communicate with Japan HQ in Japanese in writing, presenting and responding Q&A if possible.
Wide and in-depth knowledge about Data Printing Service
Over 20 years of experience preferred in Data Printing Service (Familiar with Old and New data-printing technology) with full knowledge of operational management skill for DPS factory.
Need comprehensive knowledge of 5S, Quality Improvement activity and Incident handling procedures of Data Printing Factory operations.
