On offer are the best documentary films and great factual TV series from some of the world’s most trusted brands. Blending in a daily news feed and global and local current affairs shows, iwonder aims to be the one-stop-shop for deeper context into what’s going in the world.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone to be the voice of iwonder, represent the brand across all of our social media channels and interact with our passionate customers. Responsibilities :
Helping & engaging with our users on all of our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as our normal support channels via email and live chat.
Managing multiple systems including Zendesk, Google Apps, and other external web-based apps, and internal tools - Working cross-functionally with other departments to set social strategy and achieve common goals - Advocating for our users by tracking trends and feedback, backed by data, to present to relevant teams to continually improve our customer experience - Creating memorable and meaningful experiences for our users, our team and yourself
2+ years experience in marketing / customer service providing customer support via social media channels, like Facebook or Twitter - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail - A love of bingeing on TV and film - particularly great documentaries - would be a big plus - Confidence and comfort in handling public-facing comments to thousands of users - Ability to collaborate with co-workers to elevate our level of service and the team as a whole - Understanding of - or ability to pick up a quick and deep understanding of - top line technical workings of a streaming service to help troubleshoot basic customer issues - Authentically connect with our users by relating to their passions - Successfully balance personal touch with efficiency - Inclination to take initiative and find creative solutions - Must be authorized to work in Singapore
