In this role, you will be supporting our business leaders in their local and regional recruitment needs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate and offer management
Partner with business leaders to understand their requirements and recruitment needs
Connect with and engage qualified candidates to develop a strong talent pipeline
Explore new working relationships with recruitment agencies and manage the negotiation of service agreements
Support campus hiring and recruitment branding initiatives
Degree from a well-regarded university with good academic credentials
Passionate about recruitment, people, culture and service
Strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving and results orientation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior working experience in an in-house / agency recruitment position preferred
Interest in games is a plus
