Administration of the Access Management for the Asia Region
Ensure business as usual administration runs smoothly to avoid delay and production impact respectively
Handle issues and escalations from end-users which in turn providing the response or solution within a short time period possible
Initiate housekeeping on data periodically
Update Security Administration and Operational documentations periodically
Review of user access for all application
Handles the custody of the service and super user IDs
Administrate and control on requests pertaining to user access request workflow and application configuration
Demonstrate understanding of risk and change management, security policies and controls, user account life-cycle management, roles based access and access management
Facilitation and initiation of improvement on technology risk management process
Analyzing the access controls of profiles, cases which include authorities, functions and access granting in operating system as well as application level
Perform quartely I&AM assessments and periodical review on ID / access management for systems, applications and infrastructure used by Asia per agreed scheduled.
Provide monthly report on progress of security event monitoring and ID / access review.
Work with audit, especially on the audit recommendations, whenever required
Ensure security processes, procedures, policies and controls are adhered in performing administration
Work for permanent corrective action and process improvement on any security issues and gaps identified respectively
Review security events from systems and applications
Investigate and follow up on security incidents detected during review. Escalate incidents to management when appropriate.
Ensure that all local critical generic super user accounts are securely stored within the Emergency Password Process and are available in the event of an emergency and are not misused by anonymous users.
Monitor usage of local high-privileged accounts / systems, reporting and resolving exceptions
Maintain up to date documentations on user roles based, system / application ID, system owner, line manager and user records
Stay up to date with latest security technology and trends
Academic Qualifications / Technical Skills / Knowledge :
Minimum of a Diploma / Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science or related
1 to 3 years of working experience in either security administration or information security
A team player with positive attitude and focus
Able to work independently and under pressure
Analytical and with good problem / case resolution
Advantage if have regulatory knowledge of Information Security relevant legislation, bank secrecy regulation, data protection regulation
