In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

The Role

Make your mark by helping the Consumer Banking team in shaping how we interact with our customers and create experiences that matters to them, to reimagine Banking and Customer Servicing for the digital age.


  • Drive Digital Servicing & Operating Model implementation regionally for Consumer Banking Operations, focusing on Advanced Analytics, real time customer interventions, and Chat Bot
  • Responsible on driving business impact, using a data driven approach, incorporating advanced analytics, in the domain of proactive customer servicing
  • Lead and prioritize product milestones, deliverables, and improvements towards meeting Business KPIs, in line with best practices, regulatory and compliance needs
  • Drive collaboration across product owners, journey designers, testers, and data science team members, in partnership with Business & Technology Teams in ensuring synergy in product features and deliverables
  • Build and scale out the product regionally; manage resources, budget, scope, risk, progress, performance, deliverables, issues, escalations and conflicts
  • Maintain awareness of technical progress and risks for assigned projects, confer with technical personnel to resolve issues and drive corrective actions
  • Keep up to date on industry changes and keep abreast of best practices and new trends to be incorporated
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with min. 10 years relevant experience, preferably in Consumer Banking and / or in a Digital domain
  • Experience in product management related to Digital Servicing that incorporates Advanced Analytics
  • Ample experience in end-to-end product management and delivery towards meeting business outcomes
  • Comfortable in leading, challenging status quo, and taking on green field areas
  • Strong technology background / knowledge preferably with experience in system and analytics implementation
  • Technical skills relating to AI / ML will be an added advantage
  • Technical skills and knowledge on Agile methodologies will be an added advantage
  • Experience on design thinking, and human-cantered design methodologies will be an advantage
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen, independent and able to rise to challenges and meet deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate self-sufficiently and lead a team given a strategic direction
