  • Prepare and maintain records of customer invoices
  • Handle all banking and payment matters including of cheques, interbank transfers and telegraphic transfers
  • Ensure incoming cheques are recorded and banked in an accuracy and timely manner
  • Handle full sets of accounts
  • Prepare Budgets and Financial Forecasting
  • Ensure accurate and timely month end closing, financial and management reporting and in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
  • Review monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance
  • Bank reconciliation statement
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Cash flow monitoring
  • Handle AR and AP
  • Follow up on discrepancies with vendors / internal departments
  • Submit key financial reports to management and auditor
  • Liaising with auditor for Audit
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • Degree / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experiences in accounting with full sets experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
  • Proficient in using MYOB Software
  • Meticulous and Strong Analytical Skills
