Your key areas of responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Manage and develop customers systematically to achieve sustainable service growth.
Provide customers with first line necessary technical support and solutions.
Manage and maintain good relationship to internal and external suppliers.
Provide monthly and quarterly forecast and assist in budget planning.
Work closely with product sales in possible green field market expansion opportunities.
Key requirements include :
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
1 to 3 years of experience in the service or service sales of motors and / or generators.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with multilingual ability as an added advantage.
Proficiency in general commercial and trading term, corporate risk control policy, competition and lost proposal analysis.
Candidates applying for this role must be proficient in installing base knowledge and resolving life cycle challenges and opportunities for end user customers.
You must also be strong in customer relationship management and key stakeholder engagement.
