  • 156;flavours” : sales, call center, customer care, field services, digital marketing, etc. always taking into account the full ecosystem where CRM sits, including technologies such as chatbots, blockchain, Office365, Adobe and other third party software.

    These systems are crucial in helping clients track customer engagement, sales, service, marketing and retention. But not alone, this person should be open-

    minded in terms of building functional solutions with all the Microsoft stack of products and 3rd party products such as Adobe.

    As D365 Enterprise Architect, you will be a thought leader and solution architect. You will be responsible for working with clients and leading Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing and maintaining CRM solutions.

    Day-to-day, you will :

  • Understand customer needs
  • Demo and show the platforms capabilities
  • Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions including not only Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement but also the rest of the Microsoft stack and 3rd party products.
  • Lead and estimate the solution development effort
  • Lead and review your team’s work, directing efforts to define technical, operational and user requirements
  • Lead the deliverability of the solution, including signing-off and leading internal approval processes.
  • Oversee timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Ensure that project quality meets standards through KPI identification and testing plan
  • Manage partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction
  • Be part of the delivery team for specific projects
  • Be able to run QA and verify the correct implementation of the designed solution
  • About you

    You revel in success, with a leadership track record in developing and growing long term, high value client relationships.

    You’re adept at communications, especially with influencing and negotiation capabilities that help you establish and grow solutions with key clients.

    Internally, you enjoy advising leadership teams in the development, production, and promotion of solution offerings to grow a technology services line of business.

    In addition, your professional skillset likely includes :

  • Ability to effectively team with peers in a large, matrixed organizations, including significant experience with off-shore teams and delivery
  • Experience delivering solutions for client organizations through complex projects
  • Strong consulting / project-based background, including assessing and managing the opportunity and risk associated with large scale, complex projects.
  • Trust and communication : be able to manage and train people
  • Perspective and helicopter view : be able to step back and take distance from details
  • Broad knowledge in general, as well as expertise knowledge in specific fields
  • Knowledge of patterns, logic and algorithms
  • Continuous improvement of yourself, learning and following trends
  • Able to assist in "make or buy" decision processes
  • Be aware of resources, costs and economic reality
  • Be able to convert business, functional and non-functional requirements into a design that takes into account these requirements
  • Sense of responsibility and ownership
  • You likely possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or technology-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    An advanced degree or MBA is strongly preferred, particularly technical (IT, engineering, or related). You likely have about 15 years of relevant technology business leadership experience, including solution sales, creation, delivery and business management, and more than 10 years of demonstrated people and / or business leadership experience, particularly within a consultancy.
