Our client SBT Investment is a wholly owned subsidiary of fulbright Financial Group which is a leading Hong Kong Financial group, currently hiring for a Digital Payment Manager based in Singapore.

Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Digital Payments Manager to join our ever growing team. The Digital Payments Lead should be confident in his / her skills, have a great attitude, is willing to work hard, and wants to join an overachieving team.

His / Her primary role would be to spearhead the implementation and execution of SBT's digital payment initiatives. To excel in the role, the Digital Payments Lead must be ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

The role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Head of Finance & Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operationalisation, implementation & launch of payment solutions on SBT's platform
  • Actively propose with innovative or cost conscious solutions to add on to SBT's current portfolio of payment solutions
  • Work in close cooperation with our Regional and Global Digital Payments Teams and other relevant internal stakeholders to align on current and new solutions
  • Ensure that SBT users have the best customer experience while using SBT's digital payment features, troubleshoot when needed
  • Carry out market research to present the best practices in the world of online and digital money transactions and payments, to gather concrete customer insights and requirements, and to provide global benchmark
  • Develop a streamlined process for subsequent roll outs of digital payment features of SBT across the country
  • Ensure compliance of SBT's digital payment features with relevant laws and regulations
  • Requirements

  • At least four (4) years of relevant experience working in a company that offers digital payment solutions
  • Strong experience in managing all business operations related to providing digital payment solutions
  • Skill required :

  • Degree in Computing Science / Information Technology, or similar credential.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in system architectural design and software development of which a minimum of 5 years at the project management level, with solid knowledge in people management and system infrastructure design including hardware, software, network design, security and implementation experience.
  • Banking and vendor management experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of mobile payment such as QRcode, credit card, and system development methodology is preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills, able to present technical issues in layman terms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and competent in developing system in Windows & Linux environment using C, C++, IOS, Android & java.
  • Prior experience in payment industry is preferred.
