In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Troubleshooting Identity Access Management (Forgerock) incidents and Provide timely and accurate monthly financial performance analysis for each support matrix.
24 / 7 Application L2 Support & Incident management
Analyze tickets raised by CSO team and identify the cause of issue and work / divert to the teams.
Working with the respective teams to determine the root cause in case of multiple team involvement as required.
Ensure deployment is done, first round technical verification and Business LV passed during the Green Zone.
Analyze the application logs for the alerts received by monitoring application and proceed with the recovery as an when required.
Ensuring the batch jobs are executed as scheduled and troubleshoot the issue in case of fail jobs.
Assign incident to L3 for defect fix. Request for Known defect list if any and take the ownership of the defect until close.
Setup Defects Management call every week and put Defects Priority Guideline to business team
Manage high severity high customer impact incidents focusing on fast recovery
Leading the team in various assignments for client specific requirement.
Dealing with authentication and authorization events, policy-based user management, managing password services, session management and auditing service.
At least 5 years of experience Banking or production support incident manager
At least 3 years of experience writing Python or Infrastructure support.
At least 3 years of experience writing UNIX Shell / Bash scripts
At least 3 years of experience providing enterprise Linux & Windows ,Jboss based systems administration
Strong knowledge on Single-Sign-On (SSO) products such as SiteMinder, Forgerock and their relationships with each other
