Job Description

Sabre Hospitality Solutions is an industry leading provider of ASP based reservations solutions to the Hospitality Industry and a part of Sabre Holdings, one of the leading Travel Technology providers in the world.

We leverage state of the art technology and the industry’s best people to build and deliver cutting edge solutions to many of the world’s premier hotels.

We are seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to assist us with the installation, quality assurance testing, and support of our Property Connect, RMS and CRM products.

The Systems Integration Specialist shall be a highly motivated self-starter who will perform installations and provide support for Property Management System (PMS), Channel Manager (CM), Revenue Management System (RMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) interfaces to the SynXis Central Reservation (CR) platform.

The primary responsibilities will include coordinating interface installations between customers, third-party vendor partners and internal staff and providing customers and third-

party vendor partners with technical support for these installations. A strong history of customer management is a requirement.

The Systems Integration Specialist will interact with our development team and will be expected to participate in technical discussions pertaining to support issues and, when requested, will update internal documentation based on experience and newly acquired information.

This individual should have knowledge in a variety of technical areas including Desktop and Server Operating Systems, networking concepts and an understanding of programming concepts and tools.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor-degree or equivalent.
  • The candidate must possess strong computer skills including software and hardware. Must be proficient with Windows Server, Windows 7 & 10, and possess an understanding of Oracle, Domain security, Firewalls and networking.
  • Experience in working with web-based technologies such as XML and SOAP are mandatory.
  • The individual should be able to work independently on assigned tasks as part of a Global team, have excellent written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting aggressive time commitments.
  • The ideal candidate does not strictly adhere to a set / defined schedule (as appropriate) and is flexible to work during different time-
  • zone hours to accommodate the work for our global customers.

  • Experience with project management of software implementations and an understanding of Hotel Operations and Property Management System (PMS) interfaces is ideal.
  • Prefer candidates with both English and Chinese language skills, fluency in Japanese language is a strong plus due to the requirements of client management.
