JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, live chat messages to ensure customers’ queries and feedback are answered professionally

Investigate and resolve customers’ complaints on order issues (eg. late / wrong orders or damaged products)

Liaise and arrange collections, redelivery of orders and follow up with all email correspondence

Maintain thorough and up-to-date customer service records

Analyse reports on process and procedure improvements to bring efficiency to the department

To manage multiple customers’ requests within service timeframe

To identify customers’ needs and maintain high level of customer service satisfaction

Any other duties as assigned by the Management

REQUIREMENTS :

Minimum diploma in customer service relations related educational qualification

Ability to multi-task and make decisions quickly based on customer’s needs

Most possess clear speaking voice and strong verbal communication skills

Relevant experience in Live Chat Support

Proficient in English and Mandarin to converse effectively with customers in Singapore

Proficient in Microsoft office 365 (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Able to work independently and also a team player

Able to work in a fast paced working environment and can handle pressure

Fresh graduates with no work experience are welcome to apply as training are provided
