Responsibilities : ,

  • Generate invoices, debit and credit note
  • Update receipts listing
  • Data entry of invoices, debit note, credit note and receipts into accounting system
  • Daily settlement of credit card / NETS machine
  • Assist with filing of documentation
  • Preparation of monthly reports / reports as required by other departments
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Requirements : ,

  • Possess a minimum of GCE O’-Level and above
  • Candidates with relevant work experience and / or accounting knowledge will have added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office application
