Socialbakers is looking for an experienced Head of Sales JAPAC, to join the regional team based in Singapore.

The implementation of a successful social media strategy has become critical for all B2C organizations, Socialbakers SaaS social media workflow enables enterprises brands to maintain a single source of truth across multiple touchpoints within the social media workflow.

Within the workflow Socialbakers provides practioners access to the best in class social media solutions to effectively deliver against their short, medium and long-term strategies.

As the Head of Sales for the region you will own the implemention of sales strategies to continue our successful expansion and the continued acquisition of new client logos in both the commercial and enterprise sectors.

To secure this role, the Head of Sales JAPAC you are a entrepreneurial SaaS sales leader with a track record of scaling sales organizations, driving go to market strategy, and managing the productivity of a sales team.

You exhibit high emotional intelligence, passion, and professionalism at all times and are a true consultative business partner with your clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and manage a top-performing sales members to drive commercial and enterprise revenue
  • Be responsible for driving and developing the business across the JAPAC region, managing regional activities to grow the revenue through direct sales efforts
  • Define the go to maket strategy and business objectives according to the long-term company plans and mission to engage across commercial and enterprise clients
  • Leveraging your SaaS sales experience to provide support and guidance, ensuring sales quotas and goals for BDR’s and account executives are exceeded
  • Direct the effort of the team in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives, communicate across the company, with executives and relevant teams
  • Have a passion for data driven insights to enhance sales processes and the performance of individuals
  • Bring new sales opportunities with high profile accounts, negotiate deals with Top Clients, ownership and responsibility for individual sales as necessary
  • Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 10+ years of relevant sales experience with successful track record exceeding sales goals in the JAPAC region
  • Strong knowledge of the JAPAC and other close regions is essential
  • Previous experience ideally in SaaS / SW / Digital Marketing
  • Fluent level of English, written and spoken, Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Experience with managing a local and a virtual team, strong leadership skills
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills
  • Target oriented and a keenly developed competitive nature
