Meet revenue targets and other quantitative targets like yield, AUMs, account growth and fee income ratio
Source for and acquire new EAMs within market
Provide support in investment research, investment ideas and particularly dealing to EAMs
Maintain regular contact with EAMs to understand theirs needs and participate actively to improve the bank’s platform and processes
Conduct KYC of referred client’s (background and source of wealth)
Ensure compliance with bank’s and regulatory requirements
Bachelor Degree with at least 5-7 years of relevant work experience
Proven sales track record of direct selling experience in private banking business
Sound product knowledge relating to private banking
Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to listen and understand client’s requirement
Team player and ability to work together with product team, support teams and other banking departments to acquire clients
