Your Impact

As a Customer Support Specialist joining a newly acquired company ( ASP’) you will be responsible for quote entry, order enter and other customer facing activities to create an exceptional customer experience.

Perform a combination of responsibilities demonstrating detailed understanding of the department and a broad knowledge of adjacent business functions.

The individual is experienced in all aspects of sales order management.

Here’s where you’ll demonstrate your competencies :

  • Enter and process all incoming orders emails, phone calls, web portal and EDI
  • Respond to all customer queries in a timely and accurate way
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits established
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Understands products and services and can answer general customer inquiries via phone call and email
  • High level of satisfaction around creating an exceptional customer experience
  • Coordinate activities and processes between ASP and various service providers including internal and external partners.
  • Coordinate order management activities between internal partner to include; supply planning, distribution, finance, and marketing.
  • Independently identify, troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities and work with business specialty areas to design and implement.
  • Our Needs

    Here’s what we’ll need from you :

    Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5+ years in a Customer Service / Support, Order Management related role
  • Experience with MS Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ERP experience (SAP experience is preferred)
  • Able to fluently speak in Cantonese / Korean / Thai / Bahasa Malaysia / Vietnamese and good fluency in English to provide customer service to the clients based in APAC countries.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Medical / Life Sciences work experience
  • Salesforce
