Job Description :

  • Contribute to IT projects in the banking industry for Antaes clients
  • Performing all run activities
  • SLA and priorities are respected
  • Appropriate reaction, in line with the severity of an incident or escalation
  • Troubleshooting is performed and a full root cause analysis is performed
  • Ensuring the run of the applications in his perimeter
  • Work on requests, changes and incidents based on clients tickets, using the documentation and procedures put in place in his business unit
  • Handling escalation on actions from Production Engineers Level 1, escalating to the Service Manager and collaborate between various teams when needed
  • Continuous improvement of service like proposing improvement and solution to reduce repetitive tasks
  • Driving complex operations and ensuring these are well prepared (involvement on DRP test, WIP etc)
  • To act as global coordinator main events
  • Review of major releases roadmaps
  • Ensuring post checks are documented, performed and report is shared
  • Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients
  • Job Requirements :

  • At least 3 years of experience as a production support or at least infrastructure support or development role
  • Must have technical knowledge on Unix with experience in scripting and automation, basic knowledge on Windows scripting, Active directory
  • Must have knowledge on Windows administration - basics
  • Must have knowledge on Network fundamentals
  • Knowledge on Control-M Ability to re-run, force jobs, sysout capturing, investigating agent available issues, create job / batch would be a plus
  • Knowledge on MQ Series Theoretical / Basic would be a plus
  • Knowledge on CFT Theoretical / Basic would be a plus
  • Knowledge on EMC Networker / TSM Tivoli Storage Manager Theoretical
  • Basic database knowledge with ability to query, write commands and automate scripts would be a plus
  • Knowledge on ITIL best practices
  • Very good English proficiency
  • Candidate must be comfortable to work in 3 shifts
