This is a full-time permanent customer service role where you will be facing students that are coming into our very cool design & arts school in Singapore and expected to do simple admin tasks!
Do take note that this is a position that requires you to work on shift (retail hours) on weekdays and some Saturday mornings*.
The duties include but not limited to :
1. Prepare Receipts / Invoices / Contract etc.
2. Students Affairs / Welfare / Customer Service.
3. Conduct Evaluations.
4. Communications with Students on issues like payment / Class Schedule / attendance etc.
5. Reception Duties.
6. Supporting Finance / Academic & Sales Department on various issues.
7. Purchase of Stationery & Office management.
8. Preparation for new classes.
9. Classrooms preparations.
11. Helping students with printing.
12. Student Contract Signing.
