An individual contributor reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing or Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for the Hotel’s marketing collaterals or online marketing activities.
You are a competent generalist with experience in creative implementations and online marketing initiatives. Someone who is highly independent, passionate and creative.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop sales & marketing collaterals including offline (posters, brochures) & online (videos, gifs) content
To enhance brand exposure for the Hotel
Implement through effective and efficient marketing channels for optimum brand exposure
Work with other departments in conceptualization and execution of marketing initiatives
Being the custodian of Hotel brand equity across all departments
Be fully conversant with Hotel brand, standards and identity
Creative implementation of all marketing and sales content initiatives, development and production including offline (posters, brochures) & online (videos, gifs) content
Social Media :
Plan & manage social media accounts and sites as relevant to the hotel’s markets (Facebook, Instagram etc)
Develop social networking to achieve positive online presence and reputation
General marketing :
Manage Hotel website content & CMS
Update hotel content on Accorhotels.com brand page, working closely with Regional team
Work closely with F&B and Sales on marketing for marketing / promotional content
Work closely with other departments to grow equity of the Hotel and brand
Le Club AccorHotels, Accor Plus, CRM, other Loyalty Programme :
To champion a loyalty culture
Work closely with Le Club AccorHotels hotel ambassador in implementation and execution of programme
Manage Hotel email databases and guest communication
CSR and Planet 21 :
Be involved in Hotel CSR efforts
Temporary Missions :
The Design & Marketing Executive may be called to undertake activities outside the job
Marketing of AccorHotels for specific programmes
Any other reasonable request to support activity within other departments, forexample sales wedding events, meetings showcase
Up to 1 year of relevant experience in Design & Marketing
Able to communicate effectively with various parties ranging from colleagues to business partners & the public at large
Multi-cultural work experience
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Strong skills in design software and basic video editing tools
Photography skills is a plus
Versatile on social media platforms
Good aptitude for learning new marketing skills
