You drive the formulation and proposal of policies and solutions relating to SAVER-Premium Fund members’ retirement and strategic engagement with them.
You oversee the administration and operations of members services and maintain members’ confidence in the management of the Fund.
Your challenge lies in being able to balance both policy and operation functions effectively.
You must have a tertiary qualification in Business Studies / Business Administration / Economics or other relevant field of studies with at least 6 years of working experience.
A combination of experience in policy formulation / strategic planning and operations is an added advantage. You must be detailed and meticulous, demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills, be able to think strategically and logically, and be confident to interact with and present to senior management.
