About this opportunity :
You will be primarily responsiblefor proactive development and delivery of competitive regional and local rewardprograms to support the strategic direction and achievement of businessobjectives of Syngenta's ASEAN & Australia / New Zealand operations.
You mayalso be involved in supporting APAC-wide reward initiatives from time to time.
As a senior member of the APAC Reward / HRteam, you are expected to work with the country and HR leadership teams to supportthe implementation of business strategy using the expertise that the Reward COEdelivers :
Guide and transfer knowledge to HR Operations in the execution of reward programs and processes i.e. compensation review process,management of bonus and salary budget spend, benefits administration, performance management etc.
Educate and help improve HR and line management’s understanding of Syngenta reward and performance management programs and how they can be used to incentivizebusiness performance and motivate employees.
Contribute to influencing reward content design andglobal reward processes by representingbusiness and regional perspective / needs.
Participate in various regional & global rewardprojects such as Workdaycompensation on-line, salarybudgeting, SIP automation, Health & Wellness, reward service delivery projects etc.
Keep abreast of the latest market intelligence, market trends and practices in reward andbroader Total Reward.
Provide leadership, advice andsupport to line management, HRBPs and HR Operations to adapt global and regionalreward programs and to ensure consistent and equitable implementation ofprograms that comply with local statutory requirements and market practice.
Work closely with HRBPs to support continuous improvement of reward policies and also provides regional expert knowledgeon specific C&B specialist fields.
