Handling of walk in, inbound call and emails enquiries
Ensure all enquiries are professionally communicated.
Overseas a team of customer service agent and ensure they are providing excellent customer service
Manage and train the customer service agent.
Monitor the performance of the team.
Handling and resolve escalated cases in a professional manner.
Liaising with operation team to ensure there are sufficient stocks.
Support administrative duties.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Min Diploma in any discipline
Min 5 years of customer service with supervisory experience
Possess excellent communication skills
Able to commit half day on Saturday.c
