Responsibilities :

  • Handling of walk in, inbound call and emails enquiries
  • Ensure all enquiries are professionally communicated.
  • Overseas a team of customer service agent and ensure they are providing excellent customer service
  • Manage and train the customer service agent.
  • Monitor the performance of the team.
  • Handling and resolve escalated cases in a professional manner.
  • Liaising with operation team to ensure there are sufficient stocks.
  • Support administrative duties.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
  • Requirements :

  • Min Diploma in any discipline
  • Min 5 years of customer service with supervisory experience
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Able to commit half day on Saturday.c
