PayPal’s HR team is creating a new Employee Advocacy organization dedicated to the programs that care for employees as they encounter extraordinary events in and out of work.
This team is responsible for policy development, policy interpretation, policy engagement and program management for a portfolio of employee assistance programs.
The Employee Advocate collaborates closely with HRBPs, Legal, Employee Central and business leaders to provide advocacy to employees in need.

This position will be based in Singapore. He / she will be reporting into a Senior Director, Head of Employee Advocacy who is based in Luxembourg.
