Overall Goal :
To support the Credit Officers on monitoring risks and quality of collateral in the risk positions monitored.
To undertake best practices in risk monitoring and oversight.
Responsibilities and key tasks :
Ensuring efficient monitoring of daily risk positions via Risk Monitoring platform (RSI) and filter the genuine breaches from the non-genuine for the allocated credit cases / clients / customer desks.
Follow-up with front office for rectification plan and target date for all breaches / Margin calls issued and highlight to Credit Officers as required and ensure rectification.
Update and sustain the records of Margin calls and Close out issued in Top up protocol system for reporting purposes.
Identify and maintain the unauthorized credit transactions register. Report and send warning emails
Major transaction review for any collateral / limit / concentration breaches.
Various other Ad hoc and periodic reports (daily / monthly / quarterly / semiannually / annually)
Support of Strategic Initiatives and Projects as and when assigned

Education : Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years of background in financial industry.
Proficiency in financial products and possession of advance excel skill are preferred
Independent working style, an eye for details and good organizational skills
Proactive, resourceful while also demonstrating good judgment, strong written and verbal communication skills and an outstanding collaborator
You are result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also delivering on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
