Assist to develop and implement learning roadmap that provides employees with clarifying of role and competency expectations
Coordinate learning and development programs with internal stakeholders and learning partners / vendors
Organise and facilitate internal and external training programs
Implement roll-out of e-learning to diverse group of stakeholders
Process, clean and verify the integrity of data used for analysis
Analyse and maintain ROI reports of training partners e.g. training effectiveness, course evaluations, contractual renewals
Manage full administrative functions of external training applications and government survey
Support in projects such as L&D Cafe website, revamp of orientation onboarding program on group level, creation of L&D monthly newsletter and all other engagement collaterals
Other ad-hoc L&D projects
Competencies to learn :
Active experience in strategic planning processes, including training needs analysis and training rollout plans etc.
Gain experience with design tools to improve learning experience for employees
How to handle end-to-end implementation of programs and projects
How to communicate and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
How to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and drive improvements
How to make use of dashboards and metrics to influence data-driven decisions
Qualification : 1) Bachelor Degree
