Distributor recruiting, onboarding and exit

  • Input to sales channel coverage strategy based on understanding of target customer buying needs and preference;
  • Input to ideal distributor profile based on market;
  • Research and identify and recommend potential distributors based on ideal distributor profile;
  • Assist in negotiation and onboarding new distributors;
  • Ensure new distributor launching success and business fast ramping up;
  • Lead in working with other function team for long term distributor development plan;
  • Exit low performing distributors
  • Distributor Management

  • Grow the selected Indirect Sales Channel revenue
  • Perform annual planning, quarterly business review and recommend course correction actions;
  • Develop and coach distributor team in sales activities, driving consistent forecasting, opportunity pipeline management and review;
  • Optimizing channel coverage and channel conflict
  • Help Indirect Sales Channel in getting the support and service they need (operational, technical and at Sponsorship level)
  • Develop and maintain a world-class indirect channel ecosystem by maximizing customer and NI value.

    ØMinimum Degree : B. S. in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Control Systems

    ØDeep understanding in test and measurement market

    ØDeep knowledge on T&M channels and sales networks to End User

    ØProfound people management knowledge, understand how to engage and influence outside team

    ØExperience in indirect sales Development and management, track record in driving growth through channels

    ØMinimum 5 years of sales experience

    ØMinimum 2 years of Sale channel development / management experience

    ØPreferred salesteam management experience
