Vice President Sales Performance Management Asia Pacific Location Singapore SG Company Nielsen Vice President Sales Performance Management Asia Pacific 41992 Client Services and Sales Singapore The Vice President Asia Sales is a highly visible role within the organization and will have ownership of driving Nielsens commercial strategy and execution This individual will lead a team of sales professionals who are tasked with driving significant new business and existing account revenue growth within the region You will act as both an internal and external leader to ensure predictable revenue attainment and market penetration of Nielsens Performance Measurement suite Marketing Mix Models Multi Touch Attribution and Campaign measurement Ideal candidates should possess solid marketing and digital media sales and management experience and must be able to manage enterprise level account sales efforts Candidates must be highly motivated possess outstanding communication skills have demonstrated knowledge of digital advertising marketing and be willing to work in a fast paced dynamic and growing environment The Vice President will report directly to the Senior Vice President Sales and will work closely with the executive leadership team The position requires travel throughout the region Responsibilities Participate as a key member of the sales leadership team to ensure overall business success Lead a talented team of Field Sales professionals to achieve consistent quarterly sales attainment Build and develop a regional sales team through proactively identifying hiring coaching and managing direct reports Collaborate with the SVP Sales to maintain and increase revenue growth for the region while ensuring efficient operations by implementing a lean and effective go to market structure Maintain awareness of relevant market knowledge and trends including but not limited to evolving technologies client needs expectations and opportunities shifts in the competitive landscape and operational efficiencies Drive a collective strategy through the sales region by partnering with the leadership team to establish sales goals targets and forecasts to ensure individual and company sales objectives are met or exceeded Develop implement and manage a consistent overall sales and forecasting process set appropriate metrics for sales pipeline management and use Salesforce automation tools to effectively measure the sales team on metrics relevant to outcomes Actively participate in client interaction at the executive level assist in contract negotiation and deal execution when needed Interact and collaborate with internal Nielsen departments Client Services Product Marketing Product Management Engineering Finance HR on an ongoing basis Qualifications 5 years of sales leadership experience overseeing national regional sales teams 10 years of enterprise sales experience preferably in a SaaS selling environment Significant experience in the media ecosystem particularly with digital media Track record of exceeding quota in high growth performance oriented organization Excellent aptitude for team building coaching motivating strategic thinking business acumen leadership and sales methodologies A strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and the evolving media landscape Compelling presentation skills with a natural ability to hold strategic conversations at the executive level Ensure highly productive client relationships and strategic partnerships within the region Bachelors Degree required LI MYS ABOUT NIELSEN Were in tune with what the world is watching buying and everything in between If you can think of it were measuring it We sift through the small stuff and piece together big pictures to provide a comprehensive understanding of whats happening now and whats coming next for our clients Todays data is tomorrows marketplace revelation We like to be in the middle of the action Thats why you can find us at work in over 100 countries From global industry leaders to small businesses consumer goods to media companies we work with them all Were bringing in data 24 7 and the possibilities are endless See whats next with us at Nielsen careers nielsen com Job Type Regular Primary Location Singapore Travel Yes 20 PERCENT of the Time
