Primary Accountabilities :

  • Lead the Kahua roll out in APAC by monitoring and helping the local trainers to deliver training to PjM team members
  • Ensure Clients and Vendors have access and have been given training on the use of their limited user accounts
  • Update and customise Kahua training materials and quick reference guides for APAC as needed
  • Monitor and track user activities
  • Plan and conduct regular refresher training
  • Support CBRE proposals with concise and attractive technology solutions
  • Process new user account creation and access assignment requests
  • Process requests for transferring or disabling user accounts when user leave CBRE
  • Track all costs including yearly licensing across APAC and report accordingly
  • Provide first-line support to LMA APAC users by addressing usage questions and perform troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Support Kahua usage by third-party users.
  • Work with Local Champions and users in a collaborative environment to identify improvements, applications and dashboard features then define and present to platform development team
  • Assist in the development of Project templates in all service type and industry verticals
  • Configure Kahua Applications based on agreed enhancements including customer insights to drive product improvement
  • Beta testing of enhancements and new features prior to launch to live production including notifications and training
  • Plan roll out strategy and training for new features and applications
  • Work with the D&T team to integrate and interface with all relevant CBRE and third-party platforms
  • Drive the adoption and usage of Kahua across APAC, share knowledge and experiences, connect people to help each other
  • Provide Train the trainer to local trainers and champions to equip them to become Kahua superuser and local trainers so they can facilitate training to new staff
  • Track training conducted in each hub and follow up on adoption
  • Lead monthly Kahua champion meetings with the Regional Champion
  • Regular review of Division’s Kahua performance and identify areas of improvement and aid where necessary
  • Design and develop scorecard to promote PI usage in all Division. Division scorecard are to be distributed monthly.
  • Design and develop monthly hub reports to provide Division Leads with high level reports on the projects being managed by their team.
  • Division Monthly Hub Reports are to be distributed monthly

  • Develop tracking tools, new reports as needed to improve management oversight on project execution
  • Prepare Kahua annual regional report
  • Minimum Requirements and Qualifications :

  • BS / BA level degree in engineering, quantity surveying or business level equivalent.
  • PMP certification or equivalent Program Management certification will be an added advantage.
  • Preference for candidates with knowledge and experience on Software as a Service, platform development and integration as well as Process management.
  • 8+ years in the project management consulting industry. Preferably experience with both commercial and development projects.
  • 3+ years of experience in progressive Program Management roles or high-performance level equivalent track.
  • Able to work in a team with aligned goals in a collaborative and cooperative environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability the ability to affect organizational change in challenging environments. Must be adept at achieving results through multiple organizational functions without direct authority and through influence and negotiation.
  • Demonstrated capability to think strategically and execute tactically. The successful candidate must be an integrative thinker with a strong foundation in data driven problem solving.
  • Program management practitioner experienced in leading through expert planning, baseline control, metrics and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to create management operating systems.
