The key responsibilities will include :

  • Schedule and conduct project stand-up meetings to review status of tasks and to identify / resolve issues
  • Facilitate and coordinate test activities.
  • Work independently to engage stakeholders during test cycles.
  • Articulate and track action plans from discussions, communicate to stakeholders and leads the execution within scope and schedule.
  • Establish working protocol with each functional team, do timely follow up, define templates to gather relevant data and articulate results.
  • Focused on outcomes to move the program forward and adept at managing diverse relationships across geography and culture.
  • Supporting the Agile portfolio management processes and artefacts maintenance.
  • Assist the program lead to prepare briefings for the Steering Committee, Champions Council, and Group CEO and other governance forums
  • Preparation of program meeting materials and assistance with minute taking during meetings.
  • Coordinating the gathering and analysis of key performance metrics in support of the program.
  • Other assignments in support of the program’s management.
  • Description on the key primary work performed.

  • During development phase, you will run the daily agile stand up sessions. Facilitate daily progress updates with Development team, Program Manager, Tech Lead and Product Owners.
  • You also track the user story burn down rate; gather progress stats to update sponsors and management.
  • You are trained in IT but has been working on business side. Thus, able to understand business issues and challenges and can explain to the developers in technology context.
  • During release phase, you will perform as a test coordinator.
  • Work with the project team to identify and onboard users into test environment.
  • Setup user access.
  • Support the testing activities; communicate with users to understand / clarify test issues.
  • Configure the JIRA Kanban board and use that to drive / report test progress.

  • You will facilitate all project and steering committee meetings.
