Job Description

The Client Service Executive / Senior Executive / Manager will take charge of client communication for on-going projects, as well as take on a proactive outreach to new potential clients

He / she would take charge of all in-project client communication as well as deliver all project outputs together with Spire’s research and consulting team

He / she would also undertake initiatives to engage with new potential clients, work with other group corporate communications function to fine-tune the necessary marketing tools

In this capacity, he / she would liaise with decision-makers and analysts in Spire’s clients among Global Fortune 1000 firms, Government agencies and other leading organizations.

Job RequirementsYou should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience related to client service activities in market research, management consulting or other professional service fields.

The candidate should be fluent in both English and Mandarin with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem solving and learning capability as well as analytical thinking skills.

Also, you must be able to communicate and win the confidence of executives in global multi-national corporation and government agencies.
