As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will drive the food & flavour category by leveraging and translating insights into initiatives that will enable growth and win business across Asia Pacific.
This will involve working closely with the sales, product and R&D teams. You will also use these findings to propel innovation and develop new solutions for your existing clients and build new accounts.
In addition, you will display the capabilities of these solutions by digital marketing and marketing communication programs.
You will manage any special projects for this category and support its growth ambitions as required.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of working experience in food and B2B space. Prior experience in sales or R&D will be beneficial.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to build relationships quickly and work with stakeholders at all levels.
You must have a growth mindset with ability to solve complex problems in a matrix and fast evolving environment. Strong team player who can work well cross functionally and influence others.
