Merchant servicing enquiries and support
Assets and Expenses tracking
MNC headquartered in Singapore
Our client is a leading telecommunications group in Asia.
They are looking for a Merchant Operations Executive to join their amazing team!
Manage all merchant servicing enquiries and support (e.g. troubleshoot, replacement, requests)
Schedule and document all servicing calls to merchants, and match against monthly billings
support end-to-end activities for training and deployment
Monthly tracking of all expenses by department, prepare accruals, handles all Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
Handle other merchant operational issues and assist to manage project implementation when needed.
Job Requirements :
Meticulous and detailed oriented
Experience in project management and operations
Strong interpersonal skills to work across different departments and maintain good relationships with merchants
Good communication and presentation skill
Understanding of retail POS operation and mobile app development is a plus
Other Info : Salary : $2000 - $2300
