Responsibilities- Implementation of approaches to training and mentoring for all client-facing TikTok sales and support teams in SEA.

  • Develop, launch and lead training programs for Key Accounts and internal TikTok teams. - Program Management of training & certifications across BU.
  • Drive roadmap across training and development programs.- Develop rewards and track participation of external and internal programs.
  • Identify gaps in training and use insights to help improve the quality of trainings.- Work closely with monetization and product teams.
  • Provide thought leadership around the importance of building domain expertise with internal teams, and the best approach to do so in a scalable way.
  • Prepare and deliver reviews and reports to senior management.Qualifications- BA / BS degree.- 3 - 5 years relevant working experience ideally in advertising, media or technology industries.
  • Proven large scale program management expertise with specific experience driving standardized programs and passion for training and education programs.
  • Experience working with partners or customers.- Excellent communications skills and executive presence; ability to represent TikTok and be influential in mobilizing partners and internal teams around a culture of learning.
  • Strong organizational agility and ability to collaborate across groups.- Ability to set goals, plan, and prioritize many initiatives and opportunities with minimal guidance.
  • Open to work in a fast paced environment and thrive in ambiguity.
