What You Will Learn
Candidates will get to learn the ropes of client servicing from their mentors and also experience the back end processes that contributes to a campaign's success.
He / She will have the opportunity to improve on their ability to multi-task, problem solve, manage timelines and also learn to work across functions.
This is a full time 6 months internship starting in July 2017
Coordinate between internal teams and third parties to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns
Strong focus on campaign implementation
Manage project workflow and ensure timely delivery
Assist in timeline management and costing
Write inspiring briefs based on an understanding of clients’ requirements and strategic consumer insights
Have a point of view about briefs, creative ideas, etc. and be able to articulate feedback and views
Motivate others and fellow team members to deliver their best work
Attend meetings and write contact reports
Develop and clean up presentations before a pitch
Attend relevant training programs and courses throughout course of work, and hold knowledge sharing sessions within the agency
Diligent and detail-oriented
Able to follow instructions well
Thrives in a fast pace, constantly changing environment; can adapt plans due to changes in client objectives, priorities or budgets while minimizing impact on project momentum
Good PC skills, especially excel and PowerPoint
Preferably a Business or Communications major student or a relevant degree
