JOB SUMMARY :
This role is to provide support to the reporting manager in the area of compensation & benefits, and HR reporting for the global offices, consisting of Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Europe.
The role will consist of analyzing and maintaining best practices in the area of Total Rewards, and to provide data analytical support in budget planning and decision making to the business
Additionally, this role is responsible for the maintenance of employee recognition programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for the tracking of our benefits proposition across the global countries, and ensuring coherence and competitiveness of the offering
Responsible for monthly tracking of dashboard information and of the annual work plan, ensuring the business leaders obtain relevant information for decision making
Responsible for tracking and maintenance of C&B information, including job codes, policies, expatriate work, and other required documentation
Responsible for the rollout and tracking of employee recognition programs across the countries supported
Support the manager in the C&B work plan that includes budgeting, annual merit and bonus exercise, job evaluations and benchmarking
Support project delivery as specified in the annual work plan
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES :
Candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 2-4 years of relevant C&B experience in an MNC environment, including aspects of benchmarking, job-sizing methodologies and expatriate support.
Experienced in data analysis and project delivery for HR, and possesses a high level of attention to detail.
Able to articulate C&B practices and policies to line management
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and an ability to use data to build a business case
Experience with Oracle is preferred
