You are primarily responsible of food preparation and food production to ensure that food quality standards are met and delivered.
You are to work together with your team to ensure smooth restaurant kitchen operations and adhere to sanitation, food safety and hygiene standards as set in our SOP.
You are also accountable to proper management and accuracy of the restaurant food items required to meet the restaurants demand and sales.
Good culinary skills with sound working knowledge in all work stations of the kitchen.
Min 1 year experience in similar capacity with a reputable and established organization.
Good communicator with leadership qualities.
Passion for food and culinary arts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to commit rotational shift, weekends and public holiday.
