Bun and Mantou Production (Mid night shift)

  • Ensure the quality of bun and mantou production is well maintained as per Employer’s standard;
  • Ensure the ingredients for dough and mantou production are well maintained, stored and prepared including inventory management of each ingredients;
  • Ensure buns and mantous are produced timely and sufficiently for outlet supply;
  • Ensure the equipment used for the production including mixer, chiller, dough sheeter, bun steamer, warmer, fruit juicer, blender and etc are cleaned after every use and on weekly basis (dough sheeter, steamer and warmer).
  • Minimise the food wastage and assist to reduce the cost involved as far as possible.
  • Continuously improve the quality and process of bun production;
  • Support Management team in dough and fillings creation;
  • Provide support to Cooking team and S&S team including bun fillings making process, cashier operation, outlet housekeeping, kitchen safety and hygiene, meals preparation & etc when necessary.
