Role : Business Configuration Analyst

Key Accountabilities

  • Configuration of OTM 5.5 or higher versions to the requirements of the customers
  • Client facing in requirements elicitation with strong understanding of International Forwarding and Supply chain business
  • Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the project to achieve its goals
  • Developing mapping specifications for EDI data flow with customers and integration layers. Knowledge of industry standard formats such as ANSI 814, EDIFACT, etc.
  • Prepare high level design documents
  • Prepare unit, system and end to end test scripts and execuite those scripts and capture test results using generic industry tools
  • Code for customization of OTM using style sheets (XSL, JSP, HMTL)
  • Adherence to internal processes in all stage of implementation and quality conscious at all times
  • Skills / Experience / Qualifications required to perform the role

  • Degree Holder in Information Technology or any equivalent
  • Having at least 5+ years of experience in application development / product implementations
  • Oracle Transportation MAnagement (OTM) - at least 4+ years of experience in configuring the product
  • Experience in working Oracle 10g, PL / SQL, XML, XSL, JSP, Javascript, Java
  • EDI knowledge
  • Good presentation skills
  • Excellent communication (writtten and verbal) skills
  • Quick learner
  • Should be a self starter and operate independently and as a team
  • Mandarin speaking
  • Willing to work in Shanghai or Beijing, China
