  • Responsibilities

    Service recovery / Customer Service

    Handles customer complaints (VOC, emails, calls etc) Coordinates / interacts with different departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in timely manner.

    Make sure customer receives the highest level of customer service Provides prompt, courteous, professional & accurate responses to customers Ensures adherence to internal policies, procedures and practices Pitch new ideas / solutions to improve customer experience Investigates customer complaints Works directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support

    Administrative tasks

    Prepares reports and analyze data Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager


    Diploma in Business or its equivalent Min 1 to 2 years of working experience preferably with previous experience in customer service / call center Computer skills (Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint) Excellent in communication (both spoken & written) Attention to details Highly motivated and adaptable Good team player Able to work under time pressure, able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines Ability to handle and resolve customer issues Candidate who can commence work with short notice will be an added advantage
