We are looking for a Product Manager to work with our expert ASEAN Modality team of 06 employees in ASEAN. Do you have a passion for Product marketing, business development & interest in providing end-to-end solutions ?

What you’ll do

  • Responsible to develop and deliver overall product strategies for Single Use technologies in order to achieve and exceed annual sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Additionally, serve as Business Development Manager for growth accounts to develop new markets, identify and nurture potential customers across different modalities to drive organic growth
  • Responsible for lead generation and conversion and seek opportunities to convert technical enquiries into new or developed sales possibilities
  • Develop good understanding of the market and develop product & pricing strategies to achieve & exceed the sales targets for responsible products
  • Develop and conduct marketing programs to gain market share and customer reach
  • Identify & deliver Enterprise solutions opportunities in the areas of process development, scale-up and end-to-end manufacturing solutions by working closely with fellow team members
  • Closely work with regional and global Product Managers, Applications Specialists and Sales to develop strategic plans & directions ensure customer and business needs are met
  • Conduct regular workshops, and product demonstration, for potential customers. Demonstrate high degree of market knowledge and scientific expertise for designated products
  • Develop Sales / commercial kits to enable sales to target the right market segment, develop competitive intelligence and achieve product fit
  • Motivate, encourage and support distributors to promote Cytiva products
  • Who you are

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology or equivalent with business knowledge, Master's in Life Sciences or Business degree is desired.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experiences in related field with sales and / or product management experience is required for this position
  • Strong knowledge in Cell Culture, Cell line types, Single Use technologies, biopharmaceutical drug development and production is an added advantage
  • Willingness to travel 50% or more within your specified geographic region (SEA / ASEAN) for sales meetings and tradeshows
  • Self driven, go-getter, team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creativity - Openness to new ideas, resourceful, well-organised, cross-cultural competence and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with good project management skills to deliver the tactical plans
