Get to know our Team

You will lead the Business CRM and Operations (BCO) team which consists of Salesforce Consultants, Salesforce Developers, Project Managers and Enablement Leads to create a 360 employee experience that augments and improves the capability for each and every customer facing Grabber.

Get to know the Role

  • Lead a team of 10+ internal & external Salesforce developers and support engineers that evaluate, implement and manage Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud
  • Implement processes and technology that support business value creation and process efficiency across business and technical functions
  • Understands the overall key business unit's roadmap and evolves the CRM Systems team to out-serve internal stakeholders

  • Identify and build a stable of trusted system integrators that can be leveraged across business units
  • Work with other technology organisations (e.g. Product Engineering) to align on technology roadmap and integrations

    The must haves skills

  • Strong background in CRM and deep technology experience leading Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud development & support teams.
  • Experienced leader building, managing high performance teams with experience managing budgets & vendor commercial negotiations
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple departments

    A passion for developing, coaching and mentoring an internal & external team; strong in hiring, team building and organisational development

    Experience managing and monitoring system integrator performance to ensure high level quality work
